– No Refund or Return on Wholesale Purchases: Given the nature of wholesale transactions, PWM generally does not accept returns or offer refunds on products unless they are damaged or defective. If you receive a defective product, please report it within 7 days of purchase for exchange or compensation.
– Refund or Return on Retail Purchases: PWM generally accept returns or offer refunds on products from household customers unless the products are not resellable. We are sorry for the products that are in not condition or quality for it to be kept in shelf in-order to be sold. If you receive a defective product, or you’ve bought a product of different size, colour, flavour, that you don’t require any more please report it within 7 days with the sales invoice handed over to you in the time of purchase for exchange or compensation.
